TV Spots of iPhone 4S Highlights Siri

Even as some of the hype that surrounded the Siri feature of the iPhone 4S of Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) has started to fade away following its introduction last year, the support of Apple on the feature appears to remain solid.

This comes despite reports that the technology is still prone to outages in the network as what had happened last November. This support for Siri on the iPhone 4S is shown through the latest TV spots of Apple which focused on Siri as the main feature of daily life.

The two television spots offer a more real-world look at the capabilities of Siri of the iPhone 4S as it showed that the software can be treated as a real assistant that can help users of the iPhone 4S in just about any situation. The two spots were called Road Trip and Rock God.

The “Road Trip” TV spot shows that Siri can be used to answer some questions connected to constellations aside from providing real-time map assistance.

The “Rock God” TV spot gives users a view of the daily life of a would-be rocker. Siri was asked questions on how to play certain songs which later led to some references to a rock god.

The pair of TV spots gives viewers a more family approach on the treatment of Siri on the iPhone 4S rather than the regular hipsters that Apple had previously associated itself with in the past.

Some observers have found the release of the two TV sports for the Siri feature of the iPhone 4S significant since it comes after the end of the Super Bowl weekend.

The absence of Apple in the advertising event of the Super Bowl was noted since the company has always been present in the Super Bowl since the 1984 ad that was broadcast during the Super Bowl of 1984. Due to this absence, the release of the two TV spots for the Siri of the iPhone 4S was noticed by more industry watchers and Apple enthusiasts.
