Price reductions have recently been implemented in a number of products including a new Android tablet that recently reached the market. The entry price for the Motorola Xoom was cut to around $499 by Motorola (NYSE:MMI) even as the latest Android tablet, the Toshiba Thrive will be sold at around $429 each.
