PowerSkin Case Offers More Power to HTC One S of T-Mobile

A phone does not need a quad core processor to work faster. This is what Qualcomm is trying to prove. According to a recent note of Jim Mielke, VP of engineering at ABI Research, Qualcomm has delivered its commitment for higher performance CPU as it scored 25 percent better compared to its older siblings in the performance standards for a central processing unit. Mielke referred to the HTC One S in this statement. The HTC One S features Google’s latest operating system the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS).

Reports Point To Weak Specs For Upcoming Windows 8 Tablet of Dell

The arrival of a new set of reasonably-priced laptops may be heralded when the Windows 8 will be combines with the microprocessors of Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) and Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM). This merging of technologies with the Windows 8 would pose a threat to the dominance of Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) in the laptop market.

Atheros Communications Stocks Increase on Reported Qualcomm Bid
