According to a recent note of Jim Mielke, VP of engineering at ABI Research, Qualcomm has delivered its commitment for higher performance CPU as it scored 25 percent better compared to its older siblings in the performance standards for a central processing unit. Mielke referred to the HTC One S in this statement. The HTC One S features Google’s latest operating system the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS).
