HTC (TPE:2498) had infringed on an Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) patent last year by the International Trade Commission or the ITC, which has resulted to the banning of a number of HTC devices. The patent dispute between HTC and Apple is already affecting the supply of another HTC device in the US market, the HTC Amaze 4G. The HTC EVO 4G LTE and the HTC One X are two of the HTC smartphones that were held by US Customs in connection to the legal dispute between the two companies. Reports have also indicated that the supply of the HTC Amaze 4G of T-Mobile is already running low.
