With iPhone 4S having Siri, many people are also expecting that the feature will also be a part of the upcoming iPad 3. Although the inclusion of Siri in iPad 3 still stays as a rumor, there are several proofs that may show why it may be highly possible.
Plenty of reports have come out showing links between the latest iOS 5 beta and Siri for the soon to come version of the iPad. It seems that users have discovered a hint suggesting that iPad 3 will have Siri when it is launched.
Inside the iOS beta, a reference is seen in the Keyboard area of the Settings app. In that section, users can open the "About Dictation and Privacy" menu. The beta is currently working on the iPad 2 and may be a powerful indication that Siri will be a part of the iPad 3.

iPad 3
Another reason why many believe that iPad 3 will have Siri because of the rumors saying that the tablet will not be very special. As such, consumers are expecting Apple to do something to make the tablet unique than its predecessors and one of the best ways to do this is to include their latest device feature in the form of Siri.
Aside from Siri, rumors on a better display and an enhanced camera may also be great upgrades that will make the iPad 3 stand-out from previous devices offered by Apple and once again make millions from it.
There were plenty of questions why Siri was excluded with the iOS 5 upgrade for iPad 2 and iPhone 4. Although no explanations were given by Apple, consumers assume that they made the information exclusive to attract people to upgrade to the latest device they offer. There are others who suggest that the past iPhone models were not able to support the processing strength required to operate Siri.
Since this argument does not apply to the iPad 2, the 4S was enhanced to consist of a similar processor that iPad 2 has. Because of this, it is safe to assume that Siri will indeed be a part of the iPad 3 and will be used as the tablet's big or main selling point.
