According to Wojtek Czarnocki, the managing director of dMAVO, he was concerned with the actions of Apple and the courts on the decision of the company in selling the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 despite the court injunction.
Basing on the interview with local media, Czarnocki indicated that the company had the courage to go up against Apple even as it indicated that it was hoping that Apple would not do anything against the retailer on the sale of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.
However a recent move by Apple saw a notice sent to dMAVO that indicated that it may be taken to court it the company continues to sell the Samsung tablet. But Czarnocki remained positive that the company will be able have enough time until November 25 when the appeal of Samsung will be heard by a court in Australia against the injunction issued on its products including the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1
The sale of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has been good for the company as Czarnocki revealed that dMAVO has been enjoying god business due to its Samsung tablet offering. He remained confident that nothing will be done by Apple since the appeal has already been made as it already has a court date on November 25.
If Apple will make moves against the retailer before the court date, dMAVO is reportedly prepared for it although it will be surprised when this will happen. The company is reportedly prepared to defend its sale of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. This will be viewed by some observers as a form of protest against the apparent overconfidence of Apple in preventing the sale of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia.
