Samsung Galaxy S3, together with iPhone 5, is probably the most awaited smartphone of 2012. This may be attributed to the fact, that its predecessor, which are Galaxy S and S2 became big hits with their combined unit sales of more than 30 million. At present, Samsung Galaxy S3 sparks the interest, excitement and imagination of Samsung Galaxy S series' patrons all over the world and they expect nothing less than the best smartphone with the Galaxy S3.
During Samsung's press event on the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show, it played a movie that showcased their devices and advancements for the year. A certain part of the demonstration showed that the user will be able to eventually control photo cameras such as picture taking and zooming functions using its smartphone as a remote. An interesting portion of the video is that there is a very thin device that closely resembles the Galaxy S of Samsung.
Thinking about the high expectations that many has already built around the Galaxy S3 of Samsung, everybody is now saying that the device they saw in the clip could possibly be the upcoming version of the Galaxy series.
In terms of the specs and features of the Samsung Galaxy S3, the only available information as of this time is that it will have the quad core processor of the manufacturer with over 50 percent power for graphical processing and 30 percent reduction in battery life consumption. Many write ups have already been made regarding some rumors about the great features of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy device.
At the moment, the date of release of the Samsung Galaxy S3 has not been disclosed yet. The only official announcement that the manufacturer was able to make was that it may possibly be available within the first half of the present year. As such, many are hoping that an announcement of the specific release date will be made at the latter parts of February during the Mobile World Congress of 2012.
