The Samsung Galaxy Note of AT&T (NYSE:T) will reportedly receive the Android 4.0 update as indicated by the carrier and confirmed by the South Korean company. The release may be near since a Samsung Galaxy Note unit was reportedly spotted during the CTIA event which may have received the Android 4.0 update.
Although some observers thought that the Samsung Galaxy Note spotted at the event was using the Gingerbread Android, a closer inspection showed that the device may have already received the Android 4.0 update.
The size of the Samsung Galaxy Note is the first thing that catches the attention of consumers due to its 5.3-inch display that features a 1280 by 800 resolution. The device also comes with an 8MP camera, 1.5GHz processor, 1GB RAM and an internal storage of 16GB that can be expanded using a microSD memory card.
