The premium model features will have a straighter design compared to the international version of the device. According to reports the premium model of the Samsung Galaxy S3 will not feature the quad-core Exynos processor and will use a dual-core processor instead. Since the company will make some changes in the internal components of the device, Samsung may have decided to change the appearance of the Samsung Galaxy S3 altogether.

The reported premium design of the Samsung Galaxy S3 appeared to appeal to some industry watchers although some have indicated that they prefer the original design of the device.

Some industry watchers have indicated that the lack of curves would add to the prestige of the Samsung Galaxy S3, which is considered as among the most anticipated smartphones to be released into the market. The addition of sharper angles and an aluminum uni-body for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S3 will supposedly set a new standard that other smartphone manufacturers would want to surpass in the future.

Earlier reports have indicated that the Samsung Galaxy S3 will feature a polycarbonate material for the battery cover at the back. The polycarbonate material is considered quite durable and offers a better appearance compared to the plastic material used on other smartphones.
