Phablet: The New Trend Set by Samsung Galaxy Note

The Samsung Galaxy Note, the only gadget of its type, has reached top sales in markets by garnering a total sale of five million dollars in only five months. Critics foresee that the half phone half tablet is going to be a bigger hit in the next few months. Since the Korean manufacturing company's creation of a phablet, their rival companies are starting to try and to follow suit. Some of them are now coming up with their own versions.
The Galaxy Note has a screen size of 5.3 inches which is larger than other smartphones but smaller compared to a tablet. It also does a hefty work at an ultra-fast pace. It is also more affordable than an iPad.

According to uSwitch.com's expert, Ernest Doku, the phablet is going to be a big hit in the industry. This is because it is easier to carry around and it contains all the functions of a phone but the screen is larger.
Though the device may look odd when you answer a call, the large screen will be very good for watching videos or photos, reading books and surfing the net. The objects will be easier to see.
The Samsung Galaxy Note has inspired the incorporation of the phablet design to its rival Korean Manufacturer's LG Optimus Vu. The device is going to be released to the public later this year. Critics say, this is only just the beginning.
According to Gadget mag Stuff, the new tech customers will have different views about the device. Those who are avid smartphone fans may see the screen too large and awkward, while tablet users may find it tiny.
The phone is something in between the two devices. Think of it as a tablet that can fit in your hand or an Android phone with a large screen.
