The HTC One XL was initially introduced by the company together with the HTC One X during the World Mobile Congress. The major difference between the HTC one XL and the One X is the dual 1.5GHz core Snapdragon S4 processor from Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM) that will be featured on the first device, which is needed for LTE compatibility. The One X features a quad-core Tegra 3 processor from Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA), which does not offer LTE network support.

Aside from this major difference between the HTC one XL and the One X, the other features of the two devices are similar to each other. The HTC One XL and the One X are considered as notable smartphones that may offer a number of quite notable features. The speed of the two devices is basically the same and they both offer a screen display measuring 4.7 inches.
The two devices also feature an eight-megapixel camera and will come with the HTC Image Sense. The two devices will also come with the Ice Cream Sandwich Android OS together with the HTC Sense 4.0 custom user interface.
The upcoming HTC One XL is expected to be released into the German market near the start of June and it will come in two color options, black and white.
Vodafone Germany will be offering only the black-colored option of the HTC One XL into the market. The other mobile service providers that will be offering the device areO2 Germany and Deutsche Telekom along with other mobile service providers in Europe that already set up their own LTE networks.
