HTC is making its way to the top in manufacturing ultra-fast smartphones. The flagship smartphones by Apple and Samsung are found to be slower compared to the new HTC One EVO. Though the iPhone 4s remain high in sales, the gadget has been criticized for its lack of modifications in appearance from previous versions. It is also ridiculed for the size of its screen and the absence of 3G sustenance.
But despite of these shortcomings, loyal customers have been showered with new features such as the improved dual-core chip processor, the 8 MP camera and Siri (an internal cybernetic assistant).
The Samsung Galaxy S2 on the other hand remains as the best-seller among Android phones in Korea today. Though it is yet to surpass Apple in sales, it is renowned internationally as one of the best Android powered phones.
The highlights of this device are its 4.3 inch Super AMOLED screen,Exynos dual-core processor, and a 8 MP camera with flash. The Korean tech's features are just as promising as the iPhone's.
But a new generation of Android phones has risen to dethrone these two products in software and features. Say hello to the HTC One.
The new android phone's 4.7-inch HD screen display is larger than both the iPhone's and the Galaxy's. It has a quad-core 1.5 GHz processor, faster than any other smartphone available at present.
The HTC One measures 134.36 mm x 69.9 mm x 8.9 mm, weighs 130 grams including the battery, has a touch screen display, a memory of 32 GB, 1 GB RAM and several sensors. Additional features include a 3.5 mm audio plug-in, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and a DLNA wireless. It also has a 8 MP camera at the back, 1.3 MP camera at front and Beats Audio installed.
HTC One will be known as HTC Evo One or HTC One XL in the US and Canada and will have a 1.5 GHz dual-core S4 chip by Qualcomm because of the technological differences in LTE and Tegra 3.
The sixth version of the iPhone is on its way to markets, and according to several internet sites it is going to be the best product that Apple has introduced to the world of information.
Samsung won't be benched as well, because it is going to release its latest Galaxy S3 which is anticipated to feature 1.5 or 1.8 GHz quad-core processor, RAM memory of 1 to 2 GB, camera of 12 MP and AMOLED high definition screen of 4.8 inches. It may even have a 3D function installed.
This is not the only thing that makes it great, it will also have its taste of the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS and more updates will be made in its wireless connectivity and file transfer.
Though HTC is currently the fastest smartphone, it is too early to say that it has snagged the title for good.
