Drop Box Offers 50GB Additional Storage for Galaxy Tab Users

The Samsung Galaxy S3, Samsung's latest addition to its Galaxy line of devices, was announced just several weeks ago but shipments have not been started yet. The smartphone in itself consists of amazing specs that will surely tempt fans of Android to own one. But, another enticing feature that the phone will have is 50 GB free online cloud storage offered by Drop Box to all owners of the Galaxy S3.

The addition of the 50 GB storage will significantly increase the Galaxy S3's space. This is especially helpful and useful for owners who are not satisfied with the available storage on their Galaxy S3.

The additional storage is not only offered for Galaxy S3 users. Owners of Galaxy tablets from the Tab 2 series, specifically the Tab 2 10.1 and Tab 2 7.0 models will also have the chance to have the extra storage from Drop Box. This offer is very enticing and must be grabbed by the users of the Galaxy Tab 2 tablets as soon as possible because it will only be available for one year.

Since the 50 GB storage will only be offered for a year, users must be ready to go back to the smaller storage in their device after that period. But, they can still have the option to buy the cloud storage if they are already used to the larger space.

According to Android authority, Dropbox will not leave its users hanging since it will go on with its special offer for the users of the Galaxy Tab 2. But, they will only be giving 2 GB of storage for all free accounts and add another 3GB for those using the tablet for the second year. Though that news is somehow a relief, it's not really a good one at all.

Yet, it is better to have a taste of that additional storage than not have it at all.
