Battery Test Shows Good Performance for Samsung Galaxy S3

Battery tests made on the Samsung Galaxy S3 showed that the device performed well in terms of its battery life. The battery life of the Samsung Galaxy S3 is better compared to the Samsung Galaxy SII since lasts for more than ten hours of talk time. In comparison the battery of the predecessor of the latest Samsung smartphone gives users 8.5 hours of talk time while the iPhone 4S of Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) offers seven hours and forty minutes of talk time.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 also gives users of the device more than ten hours of video playback, which is better compared to the nine hours and twenty minutes for the iPhone 4S and eight hours for the Galaxy S2.

Since the 4.8-inch display of the Samsung Galaxy S3 along with its quad-core processor drains power quickly, some industry watchers did not expect the battery life of the device to outlast its predecessor in the battery life department.
