Sometime in September of last year, Samsung made an announcement of its Galaxy S2 HDE LTE designed for Korea. This month, it also launched its Galaxy S2 Skyrocket HD  for the United States. Right now, it seems that an adaptation of the two will be hitting the shelves of the United Kingdom very soon.

MoDaCo was able to grab some pictures of the soon to be released phone and posted them in the internet. The mobile device will have a Super AMOLED Plus display with a size of 4.56 inches and a screen of 1280 x 720. It will also have a high definition display that will surely be enjoyed by many users of mobile phones.

Aside from the high definition display, there are also rumors that the device will have a larger screen of 4.65 inches, an extended battery life of 1850 mAH's and a NFC chip. But, no official details are given about the launch in the United Kingdom until this time. Other specs of the device include an Android 2.3 Gingerbread, 1.5 GHZ dual core processor, 16 GB built in storage, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi capacity, microSD card slot and Bluetooth 3.0.

Mob City, the company that is assigned to bring the Galaxy S3 HD in the United Kingdom is actually working to do something similar for Australia because the smartphone is part of the company's index and is in stock.

Samsung Galaxy SII HD in Australia is set to be sold at AU$ 749 or about $773 USD. At the moment, it is not yet clear if the smartphone will be part of the English Territory or if there will be an official announcement of its launch during the Mobile World Conference that will happen in February. MobCity took all of the information about the phone on its British website so people just need to wait for further announcements.
